Project Management will include necessary on-site project meetings to inspect all workmanship associated with the AV installation including inspection of conduits and junction boxes prior to the closure of walls and ceilings, electrical needs, LAN needs, etc. ACT will review the awarded AV Contractor’s shop drawings and cut sheet submittals prior to the fabrication of racks and installation. ACT will also provide close coordination with furniture manufacturing which is critical during this phase to ensure tight integration of the AV equipment into the related furniture (lecterns, tables, credenzas, etc.).
ACT’s project engineer will report on project status and provide AV project punch lists, system checkout review, and testing reports. The project engineer will respond to RFI’s and keep the client and design team abreast of the AV installation.
